i was brought in to shape up two ai written brand voices and align two luxury brands into something more human across every channel that mattered. marketing, ecommerce, lifecycle, the whole thing. i set the rules for ai before it was cool (or sloppy), built ethical guardrails so it didn’t sully the brand(s), and spoke directly for the ceo when the words actually counted. if it sounded enticing, elevated, and human, that wasn’t an accident.
